Trip Descriptions

Pittsburg New Hampshire:
-The best river fishing in all of New Hampshire with the scenery of a remote wilderness.  This is my second home and where I grew up fishing.  You can find trophy fish in the Connecticut River throughout the entire season due to a series of tail-water release dams. It is also one of only a few rivers in the state where you have an opportunity to catch rainbow trout, brook trout, brown trout and land-lock salmon in the same day.  I live in Pittsburg all summer long and do most of my guiding trips here.
*NEW* I am also offering Drift Raft Trips this season, for one or two anglers.  I have a brand new StealthCraft Hooligan Drift Raft that works perfectly on Pittsburg's Ponds and Bogs.  Whether it is early season trout on the ponds or targeting those rising fish during the Hex hatch, let me row you around and watch those big fish eat!

Central New Hampshire:-
-I have been exploring the lakes region and the middle of the state quite a bit more in recent years.  There are many areas that can produce trophy sized rainbow trout as well as land-lock salmon, given that you are fishing in the correct time of year.  Lake run salmon and trout season usually occurs in the spring and fall.  From April 1st through the beginning of June, I am available to help you target these unique fish!

Southeastern New Hampshire:
-During the early spring season, April through May, and late season, mid October through December, I do offer a select few trips to the "Three Rivers" on the seacoast.  This includes the Isinglass, Cocheco, Lamprey and Exeter rivers.  Certain sections of these rivers are under special regulations from Fish and Game and offer wonderful fishing due to the "Three Rivers Stocking Association."  Large rainbow, browns and brookies can be found in these catch and release, single hook, barbless areas during the fall, winter and spring.  For anglers in the southeastern part of the state, there are many opportunities that are unique to only you!

  1. I spent a morning on the Cocheco River with Patrick as my guide on 4/25/16. It was a great time. Patrick knew the water and knew how to fish it. He supplied the flies and gave me as much coaching as I wanted. Sometimes I was ready to move on, but he kept me fishing and I got rewarded with some really nice rainbows and browns. Not only that, but my fly fishing knowledge got some very useful additions. I will be going with Patrick again.
